    Job Description

  • Identify and source promising startups while building strong founder relationships.
  • Conduct market research, market mapping, and competitor benchmarking to evaluate sectors and opportunities.
  • Perform detailed financial modelling and support comprehensive due diligence across business, financial, and legal aspects.
  • Drive business development initiatives to strengthen the firm's network and pipeline.
  • Assist portfolio companies with strategic initiatives, fundraising, and growth planning.
  • Prepare investment memos, track portfolio performance, and present insights to the investment team.

    • The Successful Applicant

    A successful Associate should have:

  • 4-8 years of experience in investment or related roles with strong deal exposure.
  • MBA or Master's degree from a reputed institution is highly preferred.
  • Experience working on deals with a focus on the consumer sector.
  • Candidates with international experience or looking to relocate back to India are welcome.
  • Strong analytical, financial modelling, and stakeholder management skills.
