In this role you will have the opportunity to work on one or more back-end services for the Ocean freight service line, supporting countries, regions, or global and ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks/target assigned. You will be part of a larger team, sharing best practices & working on the services with a continuous improvement approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand the requirement of the station’s / country’s documentation and ensure jobs are executed as per standard operating procedures.
• Ensure department SLAs and all Key Performance Indicators are being met as per the agreed delivery guidelines.
• Operate on the services according to the shifts, countries, or regions aligned.
