Job Description Job Description Brief Job Description Using Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) techniques and practices to teach young children how to communicate, play, socialize, and become independent and happy citizens of the world Implement Behavior Plans – Work with a Clinical Manager to implement individualized behavior plans Follow Structured Activities - Follow and implement programs within structured activities set during center/preschool time Implement Skill Acquisition Programs – Work with children while implementing programs established in each program (Ex.
