- Track and analyze market activity across M&A, exits, and public‑market readiness to identify emerging themes, strategic movements, and potential investment opportunities.
- Conduct deep financial and strategic assessment of companies, including evaluating deal structures, benchmarking performance, and analyzing business models, growth trajectories, and capital structures.
- Build and maintain detailed financial models using DCF, comparable companies, precedent transactions, and other valuation frameworks to support investment decision‑making.
