About the Company:


Performics India, a Publicis Groupe company, is one of the oldest and largest Digital Marketing firms in India. We specialize in data driven marketing, covering a spectrum of solutions across paid marketing, performance content (SEO), media planning, programmatic and data science & analytics; supported by their in-house capabilities on technology and creative. We are currently driving digital solutions for some of the largest Indian and International brands. Our client roster includes some of the biggest brands across verticals ranging from BFSI, FMCG, Media & Entertainment, etc. The employee strength across 3 locations in India is around 700+ digital marketeers. We are catering to end to end digital marketing solutions for premium brands in the country.


Key Role Objectives:

• Account Management

• Research, Innovation, knowledge sharing

• Mentoring

• Following processes, suggesting new processes to improve efficiency

• Managing a team of 2 or 3 people with complete responsibility of their training, projects, clients, etc.

• Complete client communication inclusive of calls and meetings

• Coming up with new ideas for automation of processes


Responsibilities /Tasks:

• Google AdWords & MSN adCenter

• Creating account structures

• Expanding on keyword lists

• Creating and modifying ad copies

• Managing account and campaign level settings

• Researching on new happenings in PPC and in digital marketing

• Sharing the research through email and discussions

• Suggesting new ideas for the account expansion based on research

• Help new joiners settle into the organization and their daily routine

• Help them in case of any teething problems in PPC

• Follow schedules, deadlines and other processes as laid down by the team head

• Suggest new processes to improve on old ones and make them more scalable

• Take up the role of Project Manager for the mentees’ projects

• Train them on job on new methods to enhance account performance

• Handle client communication for their projects

• Train them to eventually take up a bigger role

• Handle clients when difficult situations arise

• Attend client meetings

• Create presentations to show clients progress, etc.

• Discuss ideas with immediate superior

• Coordinate with other teams to action on these ideas and suggestions


Experience:

• 2 years – 4 years


Qualifications:

• BE (any stream) from a reputed engineering college

• GAP Certified


Job Related Skills:

• Manage complex projects with an ability to handle multiple projects at a time

• Set and meet deadlines for self as well as others in the Team

• Independently handle clients

• Show results with majority of campaigns performing better than benchmarks

• Proactively research and contribute to the research team

• Prior experience in handling bid management tools is an additional (not necessary) advantage

• Strong in verbal, numerical and strategic reasoning

• Keen interest in technology-based marketing and advertising, e-commerce, and other web -based channels
