**Key Responsibilities**



Business Development & Client Engagement



+ Support the team in identifying and pursuing new occupier and landlord opportunities across industrial parks, logistics hubs, and emerging corridors.

+ Assist in preparing client proposals, pitch materials, and marketing decks for leasing, sale, or advisory mandates.

+ Build relationships with key market stakeholders - developers, investors, occupiers, and government agencies (e.g., PEZA, BOI, LGUs).



Market Research & Analytics



+ Compile and maintain a robust database of industrial and logistics property listings, demand pipelines, and client requirements.

+ Conduct location benchmarking, rental and land value analysis, and macro-economic trend monitoring to support client recommendations.

+ Partner with the Research and Marketing teams to produce periodic market updates, dashboards, and thought-leadership materials.



Transaction Support & Execution



+ Coordinate end-to-end deal documentation: letters of intent, proposals, term sheets, lease/sale agreements, and internal compliance forms.

+ Track deal progress, manage timelines, and ensure all internal processes and client deliverables are completed accurately and on time.

+ Assist in due diligence, site inspections, and comparative financial analyses to support client decision-making.



Team Coordination



+ Work under the guidance of senior brokers and the Head of Industrial & Logistics in managing client accounts, ensuring alignment with CBRE standards.

+ Collaborate with regional CBRE teams to support multinational occupier accounts and cross-border requirements.

+ Participate in internal strategy meetings, pipeline reviews, and business-development initiatives.



**Qualifications & Requirements**



+ Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Management, Business, Economics, or related field (required)

+ 1–3 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate, industrial brokerage, research, consulting, or property management preferred.

+ Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with CRM or market-tracking tools.

+ Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
