What you will be doing
• Leading building surveying instructions across sectors
• Delivering dilaps, surveys, PPM and defect advice
• Acting as PM and Contract Administrator
• Supporting business development and client growth
• Mentoring surveyors and setting standards
What we are looking for
• Chartered Building Surveyor
• Consultancy experience across mixed sectors
• Confident advising clients and leading workstreams
• Commercial mindset with a people-first approach
• Motivation to help grow a regional business
