Job Description
Position: Acquisitions / Business Development – Property Onboarding
Basic Requirement: Ideally 1-3 years’ experience in property onboarding and lease signing.
KRAs-
Lead Generation & Property Acquisition
- Establish and achieve clear acquisition targets (for example: number of properties, lease value/Revenue share, or geographical roll-out).
- Identify and generate leads for potential properties in key business-defined locations.
- Negotiate terms and sign agreements/contracts with property owners or vendors for onboarding.
Vendor & Internal Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders (property owners, agents, vendors).
- Coordinate with internal teams (legal, operations, finance, marketing) to ensure the property onboarding process is smooth.
- Manage the full process from lead generation through to transition to the operations / go-live team after the property is set up.
Market Analysis & Expansion Strategy
- Analyse market trends, competitor presence, property supply/demand and identify new locations for expansion.
Homeowner / Property Owner Retention & Account Management
- Manage the ongoing relationship with your onboarded homeowners/property owners to ensure engagement and satisfaction.
KPIs-
- Number of leads generated per month/quarter vs target.
- Number of properties acquired and onboarded within a set period.
- Average time taken from lead-to-contract signing and contract-signing to go-live.
- Owner/property owner renewal rate and satisfaction score.
Competencies & Skills Required
- Excellent negotiation and contract-signing skills.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills (external and internal).
- Target-oriented, proactive, and adaptable in a growing dynamic business environment.
