Job Summary
The Associate Campaign Project Manager will be responsible for facilitating go-to-market campaigns from beginning to end. In this role, the Associate Campaign Project Manager will be tasked with leading the executional resources through each step in the campaign process to complete projects on time and without error.
Responsibilities
Manages individual go-to-market campaigns from kick-off through execution to completion
Creates detailed timelines that enable projects to be completed on-time with defined resources
Leads project execution by implementing process for both paid and owned campaigns
Monitors internal executional resources to provide input on team's available bandwidth
Organizes and leads cross-functional team meetings
Responsible for setting agendas, providing detailed notes, and formalizing action items
Identifies areas of opportunity for process improvement and proactively communicates recommendations
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ability to plan and manage small and medium projects across company’s various areas of business
Ability to collaborate with partners on creative production, project planning, and resource allocation
Ability to identify complex problems and gather relevant information to escalate issues and suggest solutions to direct leadership
Ability to pay careful attention to detail with accuracy
Ability to build and maintain relationships with project teams and peers
Ability to manage conflict, negotiation, and influence within project teams
Ability to lead project teams through unplanned changes
Ability to listen, understand, and communicate ideas to peers and direct leadership
Ability to present and lead project meetings
