Role Overview
We are seeking a finance professional with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of financial processes to support our Central Finance function. The role focuses on financial governance, reporting accuracy, process harmonisation, and cross‑entity financial control, with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance (D365) used as the core enabling platform.
Key Responsibilities
Core Finance Operations & Controls
Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities across entities
Ensure accuracy of journals, accruals, provisions, reconciliations, and intercompany activities
Review balance sheet schedules and ensure compliance with accounting policies
Strengthen financial governance by identifying gaps and improving control frameworks
Financial Reporting & Analysis
Produce and support reporting via D365 Financial Reporting and Power BI
Collaborate with FP&A and Controlling for budgeting and variance analysis
Central Finance Process Standardisation
Drive harmonisation of finance processes across regions
Develop and maintain SOPs and accounting guidelines
Identify opportunities to streamline finance processes
Master Data Governance (Finance-Focused)
Ensure data accuracy and alignment with reporting and audit requirements
Continuous Improvement & Best Practices
Identify recurring issues or inefficiencies and propose improvements
Support automation and simplification using Power Platform and D365 capabilities
Contribute to finance transformation and change management activities
Key Skills & Qualifications
Must‑Have
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field
2–8+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, FP&A, or Shared Services
Understanding of GL, month-end close, intercompany, fixed assets, AP/AR, and reconciliations
Ability to interpret financial data for accuracy and compliance
Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance or willingness to learn
Good to Have
Experience in multi-entity or multinational environments
Understanding of internal controls, SOX, and audit practices
Familiarity with Power BI or financial reporting tools
Experience in process improvement or finance transformation
Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance (D365 F&O)
Professional qualifications such as CA or MBA or such equivalent degree will be considered an added advantage
