The Role As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will:

  1. Lead and manage the design and delivery of civil projects
  2. Mentor and support a team of engineers and drafters
  3. Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams
  4. Oversee project lifecycles from concept to completion
  5. Maintain high-quality standards and project performance

You’ll be involved in a wide range of sectors, including urban development, education, health, infrastructure, and more, offering you the opportunity to broaden your experience.

About You

  1. Chartered Civil Engineer (or working towards chartership)
  2. 7+ years of experience in civil engineering design and project delivery
  3. Strong leadership and communication skills
  4. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively
  5. Motivated to take the next step in your leadership career
