Overview

Job Summary: As part of client management within a financial institution, you are responsible for overseeing client accounts throughout their journeys to ensure exceptional service and strong relationship health. You will facilitate alignment between Corporate & Investment Banking business and client management through regular engagement on business priorities and issues, addressing any gaps. Additionally, you will lead and execute processes in close collaboration with stakeholders and the value chain to deliver outstanding client service.
