We are currently looking for a professional to join our Clinical Systems Support team in Sofia, whose primary responsibility is to provide support for different clinical systems to end users.
**_*This position is suitable for blind and partially sighted individuals._**
**Responsibilities:**
+ Collaborate with life-science personnel to resolve clinical application/system issues.
+ Work with Clinical, IT, and operational teams to address incidents and service requests.
+ Perform administrative tasks like system access and privilege management.
+ Ensure data quality by adhering to SLAs and KPIs.
**Qualifications:**
+ Excellent English communication skills.
+ Proficient in MS Office, Windows, and Internet applications.
+ Strong problem-solving and organizational skills and multitasking abilities.
+ Exceptional customer service skills.
+ Flexibility to work shifts.
