The Gig:
As an Associate Cloud Engineer, you will work closely with our development and operations teams to enhance our product development and deployment processes. Your primary focus will be on automation, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure management ensuring high availability, reliability, and scalability of production systems. You will support AWS-based environments, contribute to DevOps best practices, and help maintain stable 24x7 production workloads through proactive monitoring and continuous improvement.
What You'll Be Doing:
Configure and manage IIS, Apache, and Nginx web servers on cloud instances.
Provide production environment support, ensuring high availability, stability, and quick incident resolution.
Manage and secure Windows and Linux OS environments.
Automate routine operational tasks using PowerShell and Shell scripting.
Manage and maintain AWS infrastructure including EC2, VPC, Route 53, S3, CloudFront, CloudWatch, ECS, Elastic Beanstalk, RDS.
Use the ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) for centralized log monitoring and troubleshooting.
Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
Deploy and manage containerized applications using AWS ECS.
Provide production support in a 24x7 environment, including rotational shifts.
About You:
1–2 years of experience in Cloud/DevOps Background.
Strong hands-on experience with AWS services.
Proficiency in PowerShell and Shell scripting.
Hands-on with Git, Jenkins, Docker, ELK stack.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
Willingness to work in rotational/on-call shifts.
