Associate CNC Machinist

Job Responsibilities

• CNC setup and operation; tech tools, load programs and set/adjust work/tool offsets accordingly
• Reviews drawings, instructions, blueprints, or samples to ensure accurate production
• Proactively identify problem areas and organize support for manufacturing with root cause analysis and process improvement that supports a lean environment
• Read prints and inspect parts for conformance, typically +/- .005 tolerance
• Check parts using basic measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and depth gauges
• Maintain safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations
• Provide reports as necessary to appropriate staff
• Observe and learn Ascentec's procedures and documentation
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management
• Assist in any tasks as instructed by your superior and/or management of AESB from time to time
