ServiceNow Developer
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow Service Portals, ensuring they are user -friendly, responsive, and visually appealing.
- Create and customize Service Portal widgets using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AngularJS.
- Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Configure and maintain ServiceNow workflows and catalog items to support business processes.
- Apply UX/UI best practices to enhance the user experience of Service Portals.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional designs.
