INTRODUCTION

This role is part of a dynamic team responsible for building strong relationships with cross-functional teams and Home Depot associates to create awareness of the Company's products, services, strategic roadmap priorities, and corporate values within the diverse communities we serve. This includes promoting ways in which Home Depot supports and invests in our associates and our communities, and integrates diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives and representation into its business plans. The associate communications specialist is responsible for incorporating diversity and inclusion of all groups in internal communications where applicable.
