Job Position : Associate Community Manager - Design Partner

Experience - 5 to 7 years .


Address: Shop No. 24, Amar Tech Park, 25 & 26, Balewadi - Hinjawadi Rd, near MIS International School, Patil Nagar, Balewadi, Pune, Maharashtra 411045


Qualification: B.Arch or Bachelor in Interior Design


Technical / Professional :

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in designing interiors (modular,residential projects)
  • Hands on experience in managing a team (2+ years)
  • 3+ experience in reviewing designs,team mentorship, escalation and client management


Required Skill Set :Interior Design, Team Lead - Design, Design Manager, Project management


Job Description / Responsibilities :


  • Manage community dynamics, and keep every freelancer aligned to the DC values, and work processes.
  • Ensure timely delivery of DP projects
  • Ensure client satisfaction for all DP projects
  • Match projects and lead to most suitable DP – as applicable and when necessary
  • Ensure DPs are sufficiently equipped for all design projects with regular updates on latest
  • guidelines, projects, incentive programs etc.
  • Ensure community stickiness through regular training and community sessions
  • Track competition and industry trends
  • Provide all necessary support to DPs to manage their projects and their clients
  • Any other responsibilities as may be assigned to ensure DP community health and growth


Desired profile of the candidate :


  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in designing interiors (modular, residential projects)
  • Hands on experience in managing a team (2+ years)
  • 3+ experience in reviewing designs, team mentorship, escalation and client management
  • Problem solver, and excellent at troubleshooting design issues for all stakeholders -
  • designers, clients and project teams
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability in design + project management in interior design projects
  • Managed and mentored design subordinates and peers
  • Good working knowledge of modular interior projects
