Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound immigration activities: initiation, application drafting, submission, payments, follow-ups, and reporting.
• Manage client mailboxes and respond to emails/tasks efficiently.
• Prepare accurate weekly and monthly client reports.
• Draft timely follow-ups to onshore teams to ensure SLA commitments are met.
• Update applicant records in the immigration tracking system.
• Coordinate with the Assistant Manager to fulfill client requests and take necessary actions.
• Identify and escalate potential risks to leadership.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining process documentation.
