What you'll do

  • Work independently as part of multi-cultural teams delivering SAP HCM solutions to the customers

  • Work with customers to understand their requirements and provide them the right solutions

  • Able to guide the customers, both on site as well as offshore, on SAP Best Practices

  • Experience of working in remote delivery model

  • Application specific solution consulting (for a specific application: creation of business blueprint/configuration workbook, Implementation based on a blueprint, creation of test cases, test scheduling and execution, key user training, go live support, and post go live support)

  • Facilitate customer discussions and elaborate on the areas of proposed improvements

  • Should take responsibility to deliver assigned tasks

  • Should be able to accomplish straightforward tasks without assistance

  • Provides administrative technical support (when needed)

  • Resolves issues with limited complexity within general work direction and clearly defined framework of departmental / functional guidelines and practices

    • What you bring

  • Should have 1 to 5 years of consulting experience in SAP HCM (ECC) / S4 HANA

  • Must have good understanding and hands-on-experience in the modules PA & OM

  • Good understanding in at least one of SAP HCM Payroll OR Time Management (positive or negative)

  • Good understanding of end-to-end core business processes of Human Capital Management

  • At least 1 full lifecycle implementations /Rollout demonstrating the ability to manage configuration, data set up, develop process flows etc., and or Involved in implementation of SAP HCM in their organization

  • Experience in SAP ECC to S4HANA conversion projects will be an added advantage

  • Should be cognizant of SAP roadmap & maintenance planner for HCM

  • Should have working knowledge on SAP S/4 HANA projects and process related to employee business partner synchronization

  • Good knowledge on software project life cycle

  • Knowledge and exposure to integration topics within different modules of HCM & other SAP Solutions

  • Knowledge / exposure to business process re-engineering is good to have

  • Post-Graduation Degree or Master of Business Administration (MBA) or bachelor’s degree with equivalent work experience

  • Good client-facing experience and customer focus

  • Solid oral and written communication skills, with the demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical topics to management and non-technical audiences

Team also works on various Initiatives at Practice & Organization level and gets opportunities for holistic professional & personal development.
