- 1 to 3 years of experience in SAP HCM with implementation and support experience.
- Strong functional skills in HCM core modules (OM, PA, Time Management, and Payroll) with at least 2 full lifecycle and 1 or more years in support projects.
- Experience in cross-functional integration: Payroll and Time Management integration with FI.
- Knowledge of data migration tools.
- Ability to work with cross-functional and client-facing teams within an onshore/offshore model.
- Documentation skills: Configuration, functional specifications, user manuals, test scripts (Unit, Integration, and UAT processes).
- Ability to understand requirements and create a high-level design of solutions and implement accordingly.
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
- Willingness to travel for assignments based on project needs.
