Job Description

1) Strong focus on Control Tower activities ( Shipment Tracking + On Time Deliveries + Help Desk & Exception Management + Performance & MIS Management) 

2) Ability to proactively identify potential delays, delivery challenges ensuring earliest delivery of shipments 

3) Co-ordination with multiple stakeholders both internally & externally to get the task completed within defined timelines

4) Provide visibility to all stake holders, capture delays and exceptions and share relevant information with all the stakeholders 

5) Attention to detail and Data analysis 

6) Ensuring earliest delivery of shipments which have crossed their ETA

7) Resolving email or on call queries within stipulated time from receipt of query

8).Co-ordination with multiple stakeholders both internally & externally to get the task completed

9) Provide visibility to all stake holders, capture delays and exceptions and share relevant information with all the stakeholders

10)Timely providing of various Analytics + Performance Management
