Job Description

As the Associate Coordinator – Facilities, you will assist with the day-to-day operations of an assigned building or multiple buildings.



**Responsibilities:**



+ Assist in maintaining the physical space, ensuring a safe, clean, and functional environment.

+ Assist with special event cleanup when needed.

+ Assist with posting and taking down flyers around the building for special events and moves.

+ Assist with ensuring safety standards are followed throughout facility.

+ Complete regular inspections for leaking water, lights out, clogged sinks, or toilets, and reporting to Facilities/CBRE.

+ Provide support and may participate in Emergency Preparedness Team.

+ Assist Mail Center with special projects.

+ Perform other related duties as assigned.
