Job Description
Manage accounts receivable and cash application processes for 3M’s APAC region, ensuring accurate financial transactions and client support.
Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Daily processing of open items on bank statements to ensure accurate reflection of client money transfers.
- Regular monitoring and resolution of On Account items.
- Entering accounting entries into SAP as requested by 3M local organizations, in line with 3M guidelines.
- Clearing and matching open items.
- Preparing reports.
- Researching and responding to inquiries from internal clients via Salesforce and email.
- Performing month-end activities.
- Improving and developing internal processes and controls.
- Assisting with the resolution of audit queries.
