Manage accounts receivable and cash application processes for 3M’s APAC region, ensuring accurate financial transactions and client support.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Daily processing of open items on bank statements to ensure accurate reflection of client money transfers.
  • Regular monitoring and resolution of On Account items.
  • Entering accounting entries into SAP as requested by 3M local organizations, in line with 3M guidelines.
  • Clearing and matching open items.
  • Preparing reports.
  • Researching and responding to inquiries from internal clients via Salesforce and email.
  • Performing month-end activities.
  • Improving and developing internal processes and controls.
  • Assisting with the resolution of audit queries.
