Associate Corporate Counsel

An Indian subsidiary of Amazon.com, a US based MNC in the payments business, has an opening for the role of “Associate Corporate Counsel” with 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in implementing privacy and data protection requirements, experience in technology law and providing related legal advisory. The position is based in Bangalore and is for a fixed term of 3 years. The ACC will report to a Corporate Counsel / Senior Corporate Counsel position. The Attorney will partner with cross functional legal team and their business operations clients to achieve operational excellence, advise on a range of issues to ensure compliance with applicable regulations, including corporate secretarial compliance, drafting and negotiating contracts.
