Track and analyze market activity across M&A, exits, and public‑market readiness to identify emerging themes, strategic movements, and potential investment opportunities. Conduct deep financial and strategic assessment of companies, including evaluating deal structures, benchmarking performance, and analyzing business models, growth trajectories, and capital structures.
