A leading international law firm is seeking a talented corporate solicitor to join its Birmingham Corporate team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with 2-6 years’ PQE to take the next step in their career within a dynamic and highly regarded practice.

The team is looking for a candidate with experience in general M&A and company reorganisations. Additional exposure to private equity, cross-border transactions, or equity capital markets would be beneficial but is not essential.
