Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion ERP Support Consultant to provide technical and functional support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP modules (Financials, Procurement, Projects, etc.) and a strong background in troubleshooting, issue resolution, and user support.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for Oracle Fusion ERP applications, resolving technical and functional issues.

• Troubleshoot and diagnose problems related to Oracle Fusion modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Procurement, etc.).

• Work closely with end-users to understand issues and provide timely resolutions.

• Collaborate with Oracle Support (SR creation, follow-ups) and internal teams for issue escalation.

• Document solutions, create knowledge base articles, and conduct user training if required.
