Associate - Cost Management

Responsibilities

• Experienced cost management professional with minimum 12 years in the construction industry including minimum of 5 years in Dubai or the Middle East.
• Ideally involved primarily in Post-Contract roles having managed high-profile landmark projects and has led teams of larger than 6.
• Experience in a range of asset types including High-End Residential Commercial and Hospitality.
• Experience in management and assessment of claims and strong contract administration skills (FIDIC) for both consultants and contractors.
• Experience in leading projects with large CAPEX values exceeding US$ 200 million.
• Ability to take ownership and lead work under minimal direction.
• Ability to provide advisory on procurement and phasing strategies consultant appointments contractor selection support feasibility studies pre-contract estimating including design to budget responsibilities and see through the post-contra...
