We’re Hiring: JEE & NEET Academic Counselor | Physics Wallah (PW)

Location: Viman Nagar, Pune

Job Type: Full-Time


Physics Wallah is looking for passionate and student-focused Academic Counselors to guide JEE and NEET aspirants through their preparation journey. If you enjoy mentoring students, understanding their goals, and helping them choose the right academic path, this role is for you.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Counsel students and parents on JEE/NEET preparation strategies, courses, and career pathways
  • Clearly explain coaching programs, course structures, fees, and key benefits
  • Assess students’ academic background, strengths, and aspirations to recommend suitable programs
  • Conduct in-person and telephonic counseling sessions at the center
  • Follow up with prospective students to support enrollment decisions
  • Address queries related to exam patterns, study plans, and time management
  • Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress in CRM systems
  • Coordinate with sales, academic, and marketing teams to improve outreach and conversions
