Associate Creative Director

Job Title: Associate Creative Director

Location: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities -

- Website Content Ownership - End-to-end website content, UX management, program launch pages, landing pages

- Sales Enablement & Collateral - Building/maintaining sales materials (brochures, one-pagers, proposal templates), timely updates for product changes, and workflows for rapid collateral development

- Brand Storytelling - Translating learner success stories into narratives, developing messaging frameworks across program categories, and creating emotional brand campaigns

- Strategic Analytics & Research - Content performance metrics, audience research, competitive analysis, and distribution optimization across owned/earned/paid channels

- Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies to drive organic demand across various markets and channels

- Design and execute content funnel, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, webinars, videos, and podcasts

- Establish clear KPIs for organic demand generation, content performance, and brand reach

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable localization frameworks and adapt global narratives to fit regional nuances

- Manage tools and platforms such as CMS, analytics, project management, AI/automation

- Optimize content for SEO/GEO and organic discovery to maximize reach and engagement

- Maintain a centralized campaign and content calendar for global and regional alignment, avoiding overlaps, and optimizing sequencing

Requirements -

- 8 to 12+ years of experience in content marketing with a B2C consumer internet company

- Excellent written communication skills and creative thinking

- Proven ability to create content strategy with the aim of generating leads

- Strong understanding and comfort with all forms of digital content

- Strong leadership skills and the ability to hire and grow team members

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
