We are hiring for an Associate Creative Director - Design.

What's expected from you

• Determine and develop the visual style of advertising campaigns.
• Create high-quality design outputs across multiple brands and industry categories.
• Work on design strategies that are insightful and stimulate good work for the client and within the team.
• Collaborate directly with clients and project teams to understand client objectives and project design.
• Create cross-channel visual communication strategies.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Work closely with the creative director to ideate and conceptualise campaigns
• Maintain creative hygiene with team by evaluating and assessing the team performance and guiding improvements
• Ensuring resources are aligned with the project needs

What you will need

•  7+ years of design experience, preferably from an advertising/digital agency.
• Experience in ad designing and visualization.
• Experience across a range of digital, social media and integrated mediums.
• Breadth of style and design capability.
• Quick conceptualization of ideas
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Well aware of the latest trends in design, web standards, concepts and industry trends.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication, conceptual thinking, typography and design skills.
• Bachelor's degree/diploma from a reputed design school will be an added advantage.
