Role Overview
The Associate Creative Director (Art) is responsible for leading visual concept development and design execution across brand, campaign, and digital initiatives. This role blends strong artistic vision with hands-on design leadership, ensuring all creative output is visually compelling, on-brand, and strategically sound.
Key Responsibilities
Lead visual concepting and design direction for campaigns, branding, and content
Translate brand and business objectives into strong visual narratives
Oversee and review design execution across print, digital, social, and experiential
Mentor and guide designers and art directors to elevate craft and consistency
Partner closely with copy, strategy, and account teams to develop integrated ideas
