Assist in day-to-day administration of the CRM system, including data quality checks, user account management, and system configurationsSupport in the customization and configuration of CRM system to meet business needsManage user profiles, ensuring all users are set up with appropriate access and permissionsParticipate in system testing, upgrades, and implementation of new featuresData Management and Reporting
