Job Description

Follows procedures and guidelines, including external vendors, to provide service to customers to fulfill end to end cycle service level agreements
- **Remote work, with possibility to work at the office 50%.**
**Essential Duties & Responsibilities Required**
- Provides the highest level of customer service at all times to internal and external customers. (30%)
- Follows department guidelines for methods of research and accuracy. (10%)
- Creates follow-ups with customers to provide the best customer experience; Interacts with associated internal department to resolve issues. (20%)
- Identifies issues that need escalation and passes on to the appropriate person. (5%)
- Performs additional duties as assigned. (5%)
- Maintains notes in appropriate systems.
- Meets attendance and punctuality standards.
