Associate Customer Success Manager, Universities

Superset works with universities across India to power seamless campus recruitment experiences. We’re looking for an Associate Customer Success Manager who enjoys working closely with clients, solving operational challenges, and driving meaningful product adoption.

In this role, you’ll work directly with university partners and play a key role in ensuring they get long-term value from the Superset platform.

• Manage relationships with multiple university stakeholders across the customer lifecycle.
• Support onboarding and on-site implementation of the Superset platform.
• Train placement teams and guide them on effective platform usage.
• Act as the main point of contact during implementation and resolve issues or escalations.
