**Why We Are Looking for You:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented Associate Data Analyst to join our team. This role focuses on reporting, ongoing support, and data validation processes across CJ's advertiser and publisher ecosystem. If you have a foundational knowledge of data analytics and are passionate about ensuring the integrity and accuracy of data while supporting business functions, we want to hear from you.

**What You Will Enjoy in This Role:**

As an Associate Data Analyst, you will:

+ Support the delivery of recurring and accurate reports that facilitate decision-making within CJ's marketing ecosystem.
+ Engage in data validation efforts to ensure data accuracy and reliability, offering essential support in maintaining high data quality standards.
+ Write and optimize Databricks queries using PySpark or Scala, ensuring large datasets are prepared and validated effectively.
+ Develop skills in maintaining and updating Tableau dashboards, ensuring the representation of accurate data insights.
+ Collaborate with teams to respond to support requests, ensuring the timely resolution of reporting-related queries.

**Responsibilities**

+ Assist in preparing and delivering ad-hoc and recurring reports, ensuring that they are accurate and useful for driving business decisions.
+ Validate datasets to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of reported data.
+ Write PySpark or Scala queries in Databricks platform to prepare, optimize, and validate data.
+ Help maintain and update Tableau dashboards, cognos reporting, and learn to transform data insights into understandable and actionable visual reports.
+ Respond to and manage support requests related to data reporting, ensuring prompt and accurate issue resolution.

**Qualifications**

+ 6 months to 2 years of experience in data analytics or a related field, with understanding of SQL/Python/Pyspark and data visualization tools like Tableau.
+ Skills in data validation processes and a keen eye for detail in ensuring the accuracy and quality of data.
+ Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
+ Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and support requests efficiently.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

**Preferred**

+ Experience working in e-commerce, digital marketing, or performance advertising environments.
+ An interest or basic experience in cloud-based data processing environments such as Databricks.
+ A willingness to learn and use advanced tools for version control systems like GitHub or GitLab.
