Job Description

The Human Resources(HR) and Employee Experience(EX) Global Data Management department, under the direction of the HR EX Chief Data Officer, owns data management, data programs, reporting and advanced analytics related to the workforce data for the 314,000+ employees of JPMorgan Chase. The HR EX Global Data Management department is responsible for the management of workforce data including the data governance, data classification, data quality, data retention, data destruction, data protection and data storage to help ensure appropriateness and data integrity across all uses of workforce data.

The Associate – Data Retention and Destruction(DRD) is responsible for driving and governing Data retention and destruction program delivery of HR and EX Organizations aligned to the overall implementation of the Firmwide Data Management (FDM) Policies and Standards.
