What You'll do

  • Assess project scope, required information, and timelines to deliver engineering services.
  • Develop core design concepts based on project requirements and provide input for modelers.
  • Collaborate with Lead Engineers and stakeholders to optimize MEP fastening solutions and attend project meetings.
  • Perform structural calculations and design MEP applications using Hilti systems and software; ensure accurate documentation and bill of materials.
  • Monitor scope deviations, support change management, and maintain adherence to Hilti standards throughout execution.

    • What You’ll Bring

  • Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, or Fire Protection Engineering.
  • Bring 2–7 years of experience in civil or structural engineering projects.
  • Understand principles of structural connections, support systems, and fire protection.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in CAD software and design tools for creating and optimizing designs.
  • Communicate effectively in English (B2 level or higher); regional language is an advantage.
