Involvesdesigning, developing, implementing, and maintaining robotic process automation (RPA) solutions using Automation Anywhere and Uipath platforms to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.

You will be responsible forResponsibilities:
Process Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify areas for automation and document existing processes.
Solution Design: Develop technical specifications and design RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere or UiPath.
Development & Implementation: Build, test, and deploy automation scripts and bots.
Integration: Integrate RPA solutions with existing systems and applications.
Testing & Debugging: Conduct thorough testing, identify and resolve issues, and ensure the stability of automated processes.
Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of automation processes and solutions.
Maintenance & Support: Provide ongoing maintenance, support, and enhancements to existing RPA solutions.
Training: Train end-users on using the automated processes.
Others: Monitor RPA Bot Runs and Incident Management for Automation Solutions as per agreed SLAs - Perform Code Reviews for all solutions delivered by developers before deploying to production - Support & maintain RPA Infrastructure with activities like version upgrades, setup, server patching, licensing etc. - Understand and deliver Change Requests received from users for all live automation solutions - Adhere to norms, guidelines and practices laid out for RPA at all times - Understand the Continuous Improvement principles at Tesco and work in accordance with the same - Adhere to the weekly work schedule to ensure process delivery - Actively participate in team meetings and knowledge sharing sessions - Live the Tesco value of ‘We treat everyone how we like to be treated’ and "No one tries harder for customers" everyday
