Associate Director Accounting
The Associate Director Accounting manages all aspects of Financial Accounting for the selected geographies
In This Role You Will
- Prepare consolidated financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flows for each month close.
- Lead timely and accurate month-end consolidation process
- Perform, review, and reconcile intercompany transactions and eliminations.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, US GAAP, or local GAAP, and apply new accounting pronouncements.
- Liaise with external auditors (including statutory auditors), tax consultants.
- Ensure timely closure and filing of audited accounts for consolidated as well as statutory FS.
- Ensuring all closing BS balances are backed up by supports/ reconciliations each month end
- Ensure accounting policies and practices are aligned across subsidiaries
