They are seeking a Deputy Director of AI Solutions to serve as a strategic and technical leader, supporting the AI Solutions Director in driving enterprise-wide AI initiatives. This role requires deep expertise in AI Operations (AIOps), IT Operations Management (ITOM), IT Service Management (ITSM), and ITIL frameworks, combined with strong technical knowledge of infrastructure, Agentic AI, automation, and orchestration.
