The Income Property Finance team (IPF), is part of the Real Estate Finance team (REF) within Canadian Commercial Banking (CCB) and is responsible for the underwriting and management of clients in the Investor Owned Commercial Real Estate (CRE IO) industry with borrowings over $1MM. Asset types include commercial, office, industrial, multi-residential, mixed-use and select retail properties.

Facilitates growth for the Bank through business development and management of key client relationships. Maintains an outstanding and continuous record of significant revenue generation from sales and syndications.
