The Corporate Finance team (CF) within BMO North American Commercial Banking is a specialized team focused on delivering tailored credit and financing solutions to mid‑ and large‑market clients across diversified industries in Canada. With expertise in deal structuring, portfolio management, one‑client collaboration and strategic relationship building, CF supports clients on complex transactions across a diverse range of industries ranging from $10 MM and above. The group operates in deal teams (2 or 3 persons) — typically composed of a mix of Managing Director, Director, Sales Director, Associate Director and Associate—or Associate Director—to ensure deep client coverage, credit oversight, and business development capabilities.
