We have an exciting opportunity for an Associate Director Cost Manager to join our team in Birmingham. The team work with both Public and Private sector Clients on a variety of projects including Regeneration, Residential, Sport & Leisure, Industrial, Manufacturing and Commercial Developer schemes. 

Previous experience in Industrial, Manufacturing or Automotive sectors is preferred.

You will be responsible for managing costs and budgets of construction projects, from early cost advice to settlement of the final account. Responsibility includes managing customer relationships to ensure service deliverables.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Supporting Business Unit Directors in delivering business objectives.
