Associate Director - Cybersecurity:
Lead and drive Delivery Excellence activities in Chennai location. Guide Senior members in the team on day-to-day basis and help achieve high standards of Customer Centricity & Delivery Excellence, fostering a culture of 'Faster, Better, Value for Money' in execution. Facilitate Customer Satisfaction improvement efforts, enable rigor in Delivery Governance. Contribute significantly in bridging the gaps on QMS definition and implementation aspects. Should have excellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilities.
Key Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple Cyber Security Projects across the globe.
- Lead and manage the cybersecurity team, including analysts, engineers, and incident responders.
- Need to manage Security Operation Manager from different projects and guide them to meet the Client requirements
- Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies, policies, and procedures.
