We are looking for an Associate Director – Data Delivery to lead end-to-end delivery of healthcare data programs for US healthcare clients. This role combines delivery ownership, client engagement, and team leadership within a fast-paced technology services environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own delivery of large-scale healthcare data and analytics engagements
- Lead multi-team delivery across data engineering, analytics, and cloud platforms
- Act as the primary delivery contact for client stakeholders
- Drive delivery governance, risk management, and quality assurance
- Mentor and scale high-performing data teams
Required Experience
- 12+ years in data engineering / analytics, with 4+ years in delivery leadership
- Strong healthcare domain experience (payer and/or provider data)
- Hands-on exposure to cloud data platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
