The Associate Director, Digital Technology (DT) APAC plays the role as a Regional Site Support Lead in the Asia-Pacific region. We are seeking a highly motivated DT professional with strong strategic leadership and management skills to provide overall digital support for the P&W MRO and Manufacturing facilities located in the Asia-Pacific region, including sites in Singapore, New Zealand and China.

The selected candidate will be responsible for aligning to strategic initiatives, acquiring funding, allocating resources, creating an overall roadmap for each site’s portfolio, interfacing with site GMs & leadership, escalation for sustainment activities, supervisory tasks, and coaching & development. In addition to work with core digital technologies disciplines, out-sourced service providers and customers to ensure that the overall digital technology needs, and objectives of the business are met.
