Associate Director - Electrical Rail

AECOMs Building Engineering practice is currently seeking an experienced Associate Director Electrical to join our Rail team in Dubai. The Associate Director will provide technical leadership and ensure project alignment with client objectives and company standards across AECOMs portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Support project delivery via scheduled technical reviews (Lead Verification) and mentoring.
• Review and approve designs calculations and drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry codes and standards.
• Perform advanced MEP analysis to address complex challenges and optimize design solutions.
• Manage project timelines budgets and resource allocation to meet deliverables effectively.
• Coordinate with architects contractors and other stakeholders to resolve design and construction issues.
