Role Purpose

The Associate Director – MEP leads design excellence, technical governance, and multidisciplinary coordination across complex building and infrastructure projects. The role acts as design authority, ensuring high-quality, innovative, and sustainable engineering solutions aligned with global standards, digital engineering, and client technical requirements.

This is a design leadership role, not purely delivery or commercial.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design & Technical Leadership

• Lead MEP design strategy across complex, multidisciplinary projects.
• Serve as Design Authority / Technical Signatory for major projects.
• Ensure engineering integrity, design quality, and compliance with international standards (ASHRAE, IEC, NFPA, CIBSE, local codes).
